Are your products suitable for all skin and hair types?
They are suitable for most skin and hair types. We recommend a patch test before first use, particularly if your skin is sensitive.
Are your products safe for daily use?
Most of our products are designed for daily use when used as directed on the label.
How long does it take to see results?
Results vary from person to person and from product to product. With regular use, most people notice improvements within a few weeks. Individual results may vary.

Are your products made with natural ingredients?
Yes. We use high-quality Ayurvedic herbs and botanical ingredients.
Which Ayurvedic herbs do you use?
Our products include Manjistha, Haridra, Aloe Vera, Tulsi, Acai, Sariva, and Bhringraj, among other herbs. The full ingredient list is printed on every pack and shown on the product page.
Are your products free from parabens and mineral oils?
Yes. All our products are free from parabens, mineral oils, and harmful chemicals.
Are your products licensed or regulated?
Our products are manufactured in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, which govern cosmetics in India. Please note that cosmetics are not subject to approval by the US FDA, so we make no such claim.
Should I perform a patch test?
Yes, we recommend one before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Hair Care
How often should I use the Hair Oil?
Use it 2–3 times a week and leave it on for at least one hour, or overnight.
Can I leave the Hair Oil on overnight?
Yes. Overnight application allows deeper nourishment of the scalp and hair.
Can I use the Shampoo every day?
Yes, it is gentle enough for daily use, though 2–3 washes a week are sufficient for most hair types.
Should I use Conditioner after every wash?
Yes. It helps keep hair soft, smooth, and manageable.
Face Care
Which Face Wash should I choose?
Choose the variant that matches your skin type and concern. Each product page lists the skin types it suits best, and you are welcome to write to us for a recommendation.
How often should I use the Face Scrub?
Use it 2–3 times a week.
How often should I use the Face Pack?
Once or twice a week is recommended.
Can I use the Face Cream during the day and at night?
Yes. It is suitable for both day and night use.
Body Care
Can I use the Body Wash every day?
Yes. It is gentle enough for daily cleansing.
When should I apply the Body Lotion?
Apply it immediately after bathing, while the skin is still slightly damp, to help lock in moisture.

Do you deliver across India?

What are your shipping charges?
Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below that value, a flat charge of ₹50 applies. Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹100, shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Maharashtra and 3–6 business days elsewhere in India. See our Shipping Policy for the full timelines.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product, the outer packaging, and your invoice. An unboxing video helps a great deal. We will arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Can I return a product I have already opened?
For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered. Full details are in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
