These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://siddhakalavedang.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make through it.

The Website is operated by Siddhakala Vedang ("we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship owned by Dr. Chaitanya Sanjay Saraf, with its registered place of business at Building No. 6, H No. 1070, Atmaram Society, Tilak Road, Shukrawar Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411002, India. GSTIN: 27BCXPS0885B1Z2.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Exchanges Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Customer", "you", "your": any person who accesses the Website or places an order.
• "Products": the Ayurvedic skincare and haircare products offered for sale on the Website.
• "Order": a request placed by you to purchase Products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Website and place an Order. By placing an Order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may place Orders as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. The information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.

5. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

• We take care to describe and display our Products accurately. However, actual colours, texture, aroma, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, the natural variation inherent in Ayurvedic and herbal ingredients, or product updates.
• Our Products are Ayurvedic skincare and haircare items intended for external use only, in line with their labelled instructions.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, offers, and availability at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect Orders that we have already accepted.
• In the rare event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid, after informing you.

6. Orders and Acceptance

• When you place an Order, you make an offer to purchase the Products. An Order is confirmed only when we accept it and send you an order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, bulk or resale orders, or delivery limitations.
• We may limit the quantity of any Product that may be purchased in a single Order.
• If we cancel an Order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for that Order in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Payments

• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• Orders will be processed only after payment is successfully received, except where an alternative payment option (such as Cash on Delivery) is selected at checkout.
• If a payment is debited but the Order is not confirmed, the amount is generally reversed by your bank or the payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If it is not, please contact us with your transaction details and we will assist you in tracing it.
• Any bank charges, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway charges levied by your bank are your responsibility.

8. GST and Tax Invoice

• Siddhakala Vedang is registered under the Goods and Services Tax regime with GSTIN 27BCXPS0885B1Z2. Our place of business, and therefore our place of supply, is in the State of Maharashtra.
• All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The applicable GST rate and the tax component are shown separately on the tax invoice.
• CGST and SGST are charged on deliveries within Maharashtra. IGST is charged on deliveries to other States and Union Territories.
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every Order and is sent to your registered email address, and/or enclosed with the shipment.
• Business purchases and input tax credit: if you are a GST-registered business and wish to claim input tax credit, you must enter your GSTIN and registered business name and address at checkout, before placing the Order. A GSTIN cannot be added, changed, or removed once the invoice has been generated, and we are unable to reissue an invoice for this reason.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the GST details you provide. We are not liable for any loss of input tax credit arising from incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched details supplied by you.
• Invoice details cannot be altered after dispatch, except to correct a clerical error made by us.
• Where an Order is cancelled or a return is accepted, a credit note is issued against the original tax invoice in accordance with applicable GST law.

9. Promotions, Coupons, and Offers

Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, validity periods, and eligibility conditions. They cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. We may cancel Orders where a coupon has been misused or obtained improperly.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery timelines, serviceable areas, and related charges are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details.

11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms. As our Products are skincare and haircare items, hygiene-related restrictions apply to opened or used Products.

12. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected system.
• Introduce any virus, malicious code, or harmful material.
• Use any automated system to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Website.
• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Website or its content without our written permission.

13. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content to the Website or our social media channels, you confirm that the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and Website purposes. The information provided on the Website, including on blogs, product pages, and social media, is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, Ayurvedic, or dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siddhakala Vedang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or Products, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siddhakala Vedang and its proprietor from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Website.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, transport disruptions, courier delays, or failure of internet or telecommunication services.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those websites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

20. Severability and Waiver

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
